Atlantic Coast Surveying was established in 1989 by Paul J. Stowell and Wendy B. Stowell. From 1989-2005 they owned and managed the company. In January of 2006 Atlantic Coast Survey was turned over to new ownership.
Today, Atlantic Coast Surveying is owned by Thierry Sajous who is president of the company currently residing in Sunrise, Florida where it continues to provide one of the most accurate survey services in the state.
